The Everlasting Light of Life

As we go through this journey there are many things that we must re-evaluate, and once we realize many of our previous beliefs were built upon falsehoods, like the false sacrificial system that was mixed in, giving momentum to the Babylonian influence, sorting things out can take some time; but as we do many doors open, and we learn to really hear HIS voice.  If you have not read Coming Out of Mystery Babylon yet, I would suggest reading it first, before moving forward with this one. This is one of those critical points in our journey, and one of the defining moments that determines whether or not we truly know HIS Voice.   From here we go from our beliefs being centered around death or something/one needing to die, to being centered around LIFE, and the True Light.  The most important thing to remember is that the Eternal, Does NOT Change, and the Messiah is not new, but rather has been since the Beginning and has always been the means to obtain Salvation and become One with the Father, therefore the best place to start is the very beginning.

Genesis 1:2-4 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness..

On the face of the Abyss(aka the deep) was darkness, this darkness is a state of being void of life, which is death or what we may perhaps understand better as the realm of the Second Death or Outer Darkness. So Death covered the face of the Abyss, there was NO LIFE, so what did the Eternal say?  Let there Be LIGHT!  What kind of Light though?  It is not Sunlight, It is not Moonlight, nor Starlight, which was not created until day 4, it is HIS LIGHT of LIFE, which was given as the Light of the World to be the Source of Life to all things.  So HIS first Begotten was The Light of Life, which pushed out DEATH or the realm of the Second Death and this push back of darkness is now the Outer Darkness, which we cannot even comprehend.  On day two the firmament was created which acts as a barrier, so that inside is the Light of Life and outside is the Outer Darkness, which is the realm of the Second Death, but I won’t get into this too deep here because our main focus at this time is the True Light.  I think I can safely say that without the Light of The Eternal there is No life in us and almost all will agree with that statement, right?  So we do get the fact that No Man goes to the Father except by HIS Light, which is the Way, the Truth and the Life.  Understand However, when I speak of the Light, I am not speaking about a Man or the Flesh(body) which acted as the Temple(body, not a building) for the Light, but rather I am speaking of the Light of Life itself.  Which is greater, the Temple(Body) or HE who sanctifies the Temple(Body)?  Of course HE who sanctifies the Temple(Body) is greater.  So let’s take a closer look at HIS Light and find out more about it…

Proverbs 6:23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:

Psalm 119:130 The entrance of THY WORDS giveth LIGHT; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to THE WORD, it is because there is NO LIGHT in them.

Psalm 112:4 Unto the upright there ariseth LIGHT in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Psalm 119:105 THY WORD is a lamp unto my feet, and a LIGHT unto my path.

John 1:1-4  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was(of) God.  He was in the beginning with God.  All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.  In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

This can be a bit tough to understand so we have to take it in as a whole concept.  Psalms 148:5 and Psalms 33:6-9 tell us that everything was spoken into creation, so what happens when one speaks, from their mouth comes Words and Breath right? Okay, now we are getting somewhere, the Words Create and the Breath breathes life into those spoken Words making up a life form.  Seems a bit Sci-fi right?  Actually, not as much as one would think, a recent experiment by Russian Scientists has proven a few very interesting things. One of the things discovered was that a DNA strand is a set of instructions made up by a complex language that even has grammar rules.  They also discovered that by using nothing more than the right words, light and frequency they could change an embryo from one species to another species.  Keep all this in mind as we look more closely at the following verses.

Psalm 33:6-9  6 By THE WORD of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. 7 He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.8 Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.9 For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was(of) God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

I hope this is starting to make sense, you cannot speak something into Creation without WORDS, therefore by The Word were all things created, and Nothing was made without The Word and within The Word was Life, and the Life was the LIGHT of Men. Most places are pretty clear and we begin to realize The Light of Life and The Word are one in the same, so from here on out we will look at it as the Light/Word.  This is also where we will start making the distinction between the Light/Word which came down from heaven and the Man who served as the Temple for the Light/Word. It is imperative that we understand this part for several reasons: firstly to be able to identify who the Messiah is; secondly to fully understand how a person can become one with The Father; and thirdly so that we understand more about what being born again is, and what the Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit) really is.

Deuteronomy 8:3 (KJV) And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every WORD that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.

Matthew 4:4 (KJV) But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every WORD that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Revelation 22:13-14 13 I AM Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

For the next part we are going to have to understand more about what the “Spirit of Truth” a.k.a. “Holy Spirit” or “Ruach haKodesh” is, and whether we choose to use the Greek or the Hebrew, we find out the same thing.  The Greek word for Spirit is Πνεῦμα (pneuma) which means breath simply put (as does Ruach), it is the breath that animates the body to speak, think, and act.  So the Spirit of Truth is the Breath which animates the body to speak, think and act according to the Commands/Word, this is precisely why it says in 1 John 2:4 “He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth(Spirit of Truth) is not in him.”

To help with really understanding this, we have to look at it like you have one in it’s entirety, then a diminished form of the original, and then a diminished form of the diminished version, creating three levels which are all actually from the one source.  So it is as follows:

  • The Most High in His entirety – The Heavenly Father
  • The Everlasting Light from Day ONE which consists of His Word/Instructions in its entirety and His breath of life, making it the Living Word of the Heavenly Father (This is the first born creation of the Most High, but not The Most High, himself)
  • Then The Holy Spirit/RuachHaKodesh which is a measured portion of the Breath which animates the body to speak, think and act according to the Word.

However, if we reject the Everlasting Light/Word/Instructions, we are left only with the Breath that animates the body to speak, think and act according to whatever we have chosen.

Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul (nephesh).

Exodus 3:14  God said to Moshe, “Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh [I AM, was and will be],” and added, “Here is what to say to the people of Isra’el: ‘Ehyeh [I Am or I Will Be] has sent me to you.’”

Ehyeh or Aheyeh Asher Aheyeh’s was said to be the name of the Most High here in Exodus 3:14 which can be most literally translated as “I Breathe and I Breathe.”  Now in the very next verse it is changed to YHWH, which means He Exists. However, many believed that the use of the Most High’s name was forbidden due to its power, so it is believed that an alternative was used instead, which was YHWH. However, the tetragrammaton, YHWH, is a name that is also found on Tarot Cards; so the one that is most fitting of His true character is the one that means I breathe and I breathe, because the life of all animated beings revolves around the breathe. Throughout the Bible it is stated that the life is in the blood, and that is because it is the blood that transports the breathe(oxygen) throughout the body in what is called hemoglobin. (We will cover this part in more detail separately.) If we take a closer look at the characteristics of the Most High, we find the following:

1 John 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

John 4:24 God is Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth.

1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

So not only is The Heavenly Father the source of the Everlasting Light, the Word and the Spirit (Breath of life), He is also the source of Love.

Now that we have the general concept and a better understanding let’s go back again and take a deeper look because it is imperative that we fully understand as much as we can about the Light from Day One, or we cannot truly know the Messiah.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun.

Isaiah 46: 9-10  (CJB) “Remember things that happened at the beginning, long ago—that I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. At the beginning I announce the end, proclaim in advance things not yet done; and I say that my plan will hold, I will do everything I please to do.

The Light from day ONE was not called Day, and the darkness was not called night, you will see Day and Night don’t really come about until Day 4 when the Sun, Moon, and stars were set in motion; so from a lack of understanding what the Light from Day ONE was, the names for Day and Night from day 4 were added to day one. There are other records such as 2 Enoch, that support a different name for this light and darkness, but all we must do is look at the end, since the beginning parallels the end.

Genesis 1:2-6 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness  was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night.  And there was evening (Ereb/Erev) and there was morning(Boqer) day ONE (Echad/Ehad).

A few things to note here is that the word tohu, translated as formless or without form can also mean confusion. Then there is Evening (Ereb) and Morning (Boqer), which are the periods of twilight that are neither day nor night, used to describe the first day. Also, another unique feature is that the cardinal word for first day was not used, instead it was called Day ONE, or Yowm Echad/Ehad, which rather means a complete unit of separate parts, united as ONE, Echad/Ehad. This should be remembered because we will be coming back to this. Now to look closer at the description of the end.

Zechariah 14:6-8 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day (yowm ehad) which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time (Ereb, which is a twilight) it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.

Isaiah 60:19 The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.

Revelation 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Do you see how there will be NO SUN or MOON, but yet there Is Light, HIS EVERLASTING LIGHT! Also it is neither Day nor Night because there is no Sun, Moon, or Stars, but yet at EREB there is light, HIS EVERLASTING LIGHT. Also notice that it says it shall be YOWM EHAD, the same as YOWM EHAD, from the very first Day/Unit. On Day ONE there was no sun, no moon, and no stars, yet there was LIGHT.

Now it is time for us to use what we have learned, which is the Light from Day ONE is the Everlasting Light of Life that is made up of the Light of Life, The Word, Breath, and Love, plus is sometimes considered to be His Voice. We also know that references to Light and The Word are interchangeable and one in the same. Other words used to reference the Light/Word which are also one in the same for the most part are Law or Commands. Although the Light/Word/Law/Command(s) is directly from The Heavenly Father, it in itself is not The Heavenly Father, but is ONE with The Heavenly Father.

Now, imagine if you will, this Master Architect who designed a great kingdom, and he went to the building site, where the components were at to bring this kingdom to life. Then he created a Project Manager with everything that was needed, to build, bring to life and manage this great kingdom, and he left while the project manager did his job. Although the Project Manager is the one doing the labor and managing it, all credit goes to the mastermind and designer that supplied everything to make it happen. The Project Manager though is the only one who has really seen and communicated with the Master Architect that designed and supplied everything. Since the Master Architect set up a Project Manager for everything to be made through, all the construction workers and residents, that the Project Manager set up/created, must likewise go through the Project Manager to find out things from the Master Architect. Now that we have a scenario that is more relatable to us, let’s move forward looking deeper.

Genesis 1:3-4 Then God (The Heavenly Father) said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.(The LIGHT/WORD) And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness.

4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.[…]9That was the TRUE LIGHT which gives LIGHT to EVERYONE COMING INTO THE WORLD. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.

Everything beyond Day One was created/made through the WORD/LIGHT from Day ONE, although all Praise and Glory goes to The Heavenly Father who made it so, and Created/Gave us HIS WORD/LIGHT so that through the WORD/LIGHT we could be brought to Life. In the verse from Psalms above we see that by the Word were the heavens made, which was on the second day. When the Heavenly Father said let there be Light, He was hovering over the waters of the abyss. Now darkness is the absence of Light, so light pushes out darkness. Have you ever gone outside when it is dark with a flash light? For a certain distance the light beam from the light makes the darkness go away, but outside of the lights reach the darkness is still there. So on Day one the Light waters, pushed back the dark waters; then, on the second day, the Light/Word created a firmament to keep the waters divided, and he called the firmament Heaven.

Genesis 1: 6-8 And God (The Word) said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God (The Word) made the firmament, that divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God (The WORD) called the firmament Heaven. And there was evening and morning the second day.

On the third day the waters were collected together to make Land and then the plants were made. This is actually a very important part, because there was no sunlight to grow plants yet, so the light source which initiated life to the plants that produce the oxygen we breath, came from the Everlasting Light from day One, and is ultimately the Breath of our Heavenly Father. It is also note worthy that at this point there were 3 evenings and 3 mornings, which is the equivalent to 3 days and 3 nights, before the Sun, Moon and stars, that also give light, rose for the first time as our timekeepers on day 4.

Genesis 1:9-12 And God(The Word) said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And there was evening and morning the third day.

Genesis 1:14-19 And God(The Word) said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. And there was evening and morning the fourth day.

It is probably becoming more clear now, making it time to go to the next phase and answer the question, Who is the MESSIAH?
